三星SDI和博世组建一家已经决定联手打造一家混合动力电池合资企业，这家合资公司将于今年9月投入运营。这家命名为“SB LiMotive Co. Ltd.的公司总部设于韩国。博世和三星 SDI 有限公司将对该合资企业各持50%股权，该公司将从事锂电池的开发、生产和销售。这些电池将用于油-电混合动力车以及纯粹的电动车。公司计划在2010年开始投产，未来四到五年合作双方最少将投资5亿美元。 Bosch and Samsung Join Forces on Hybrid Batteries Samsung SDI and Robert Bosch have formed a hybrid-vehicle battery joint venture that will begin operation this September. Called SB LiMotive and headquartered in Korea, the 50/50 joint venture will develop, manufacture and market lithium-ion batteries for automotive applications. The batteries are intended for use in both hybrid gas-electric vehicle and pure EVs. Plans are to have the production kickoff in 2010. The partners plan to invest a minimum $500 million in the company over the next four to five years. |
