韩国现代汽车公司今天表示，它已经放弃了在中国建立金融服务公司的计划，这主要是由于公司无法和国内主管部门就企业的运营达成协议。现代公司为了能扩大在中国市场的业务，从06年初就一直致力于在中国建立一家贷款服务公司。现代汽车在向韩国证交所提交的报告中称，“谈判未能达成协议的原因主要是由于在金融服务公司所有权结构上无法与当局达成协议。|”这家现代集团旗下的金融公司目前的目标仍是在中国建立一家汽车贷款服务公司。 Hyundai drops plan for China financial unit South Korea''s Hyundai said today it had canceled a plan to set up a financial services business in China after it was unable to reach an agreement on the operation with Chinese authorities. Hyundai had been working since early 2006 to set up a loan-service company in China to boost its presence in the huge but competitive local market. "Negotiations fell through due to disagreements with the Chinese authorities over the ownership structure of the financial service company," Hyundai Motor in a filing to the Korea Exchange. Hyundai Capital, the auto group''s financial service unit, still aims to set up a similar auto-loan service in China, Hyundai added. |
