据德国《经理人》杂志报道，德国汽车零部件供应商大陆公司将出资近148.1亿美元（约合110亿欧元）购买西门子VDO汽车电子业务。该杂志报道，美国的竞争对手TRW也准备出资购买此项业务，VDO在上一财年的总收入为135亿美元（约合100亿欧元）。私营资产管理公司KKR和Permira也对该项业务感兴趣。大陆和西门子都拒绝对此报道进行评论。 Continental AG bids nearly $15 billion for Siemens VDO German car parts supplier Continental AG is bidding nearly $14.81 billion (11 billion euros) for the VDO automotive electronics business of Siemens, Germany's manager magazine reported. The magazine said that U.S. rival TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. had also made a bid for the business, which posted $13.5 billion (10 billion euros) in revenue in the last fiscal year. Private equity firms KKR and Permira are also interested, the magazine said. Continental and Siemens declined to comment. |
