宝马06年利润和股息均提高 |

宝马公司今天说，在一次性收入增加带动下，06年盈利达到创纪录水平，公司将提高股息。宝马由于出售英国飞机发动机生产商劳斯莱斯股份获得的4.893亿美元（约合3.72亿欧元）收入，集团四季度税前盈利达到54.2亿美元（约合41.2亿欧元）。由于净收入增加28%达到37.8亿美元（约合28.7亿欧元），公司将把普通的每股股息从去年的84美分（约合64欧分）提高到92美分（约合70欧分），同时将优先股的股息从去年的87美分（约合66欧分）提高到95美分（约合72欧分）。 BMW 2006 earnings jump, raises dividend BMW raised its dividend by more than 9 percent after reporting record 2006 earnings that were buoyed by a one-off gain, the company said today. Including a $489.3 million (372 million euros) gain from the sale of shares in U.K. aircraft engine maker Rolls-Royce, group earnings before tax rose by a fourth to $5.42 billion (4.12 billion euros). With a 28 percent rise in net income to an all time high of $3.78 billion (2.87 billion euros), the company said it will propose raising its dividend to 92 cents (70 euro cents) per ordinary share from 84 cents (64 euro cents) a year earlier. It will propose raising the dividend per preferred share to 95 cents (72 euro cents) from 87 cents (66 euro cents). |
